Anytime you can bring experts together with the people who need their services, it’s a good thing.
Once upon a time, that happened through the telephone and the Rolodex. But times have changed, and the Information Age has made it orders of magnitude easier to put providers and consumers in touch with each other.
It’s also created a nice profit opportunity for those who can master it, and Sanjay Kuttemperoor is well on his way to that goal with the creation of WikiRealty® – an online community of real estate professionals.

Kuttemperoor said there are plenty of sites out there providing hard data. But that data lacks context. Consumers really want color and context – which is provided by the “boots on the ground” professionals.
WikiRealty® provides the platform to share that information, he said, and it’s free to use.
It has really evolved into a “concierge marketing platform” for real estate professionals, Kuttemperoor said.
“Most real estate professionals today know they need to be on social media. They need to be on Facebook and Twitter. They need to have some presence. But trying to navigate and understand these channels and how to promote your content is also a daunting task. At WikiRealty®, we have the expertise in that as well,” Kuttemperoor said.
One of the company’s premier products is the WikiRealty® branded app, which takes your WikiRealty® content and bundles it into a convenient download. Consumers can install the app and have access to your content at their fingertips.
I’ve been taking advantage of it myself, and I love it. In fact, it’s easier than many of the apps I’ve been using up to this point.
And the app designer who built the Fried On Business app was wonderful to work with.
All in all, it’s a great complement to my website.
