He has consulted with local, state and federal governments and helped write many of the cannabis laws across the USA. Manny has written applications and won licenses across the USA. He knows the problems this industry faces. And he has some solutions. He is also a Research Associate of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians and the Colorado Cannabis Clinicians. When medical cannabis became legal, his extensive plant experience coupled with his educational background in Biochemistry, made Mr. Johnson a sought-after Subject Matter Expert for Cannabis in the U.S., Europe, and South America. Mr. Johnson and two of his partners had significant input into Florida’s original “Compassionate Marijuana Act of 2014.” Mr. Johnson has served as a Subject Matter Expert on essentially all updates to this legislation over the past eight-plus years.
