For #flashbackfriday , I look back on my time this week at the single-family rental conference that Information Management Network (IMN) held in #miamibeach this past week.

Lots of great networking, and wonderful information about the sector.

There is lots of capital chasing deals in this niche.

Lenders are becoming more selective as are the institutional buyers.

Just like the rest of the marketplace, this product type is experiencing a slow down.

However, well located projects with experienced sponsors are still financeable.
