Lots of great networking, and wonderful information about the sector. There is lots of capital chasing deals in this niche. Lenders are becoming more selective as are the institutional buyers. Just like the rest of the marketplace, this product type is experiencing a slow down. However, well located projects with experienced sponsors are still financeable.
