Stephen R. Rigl is Senior Director at the Binswanger-Gateway Partnership and incoming President of the Miami CCIM Chapter. Rigl has been a real estate investor and broker in Miami since 1984. He is bringing his experience in commercial real estate to the presidency of CCIM in Miami this year.

Coral Gables Real Estate Update

He has consulted with local, state and federal governments and helped write many of the cannabis laws across the USA. Manny has written applications and won licenses across the USA. He is also a Research Associate of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians and the Colorado Cannabis Clinicians. When medical cannabis became legal, his extensive plant experience coupled with his educational background in Biochemistry, made Mr. Johnson a sought-after Subject Matter Expert for Cannabis in the U.S., Europe, and South America. Mr. Johnson and two of his partners had significant input into Florida’s original “Compassionate Marijuana Act of 2014.” Mr. Johnson has served as a Subject Matter Expert on essentially all updates to this legislation over the past eight-plus years.
