Super Luxury Condominium Market in Miami
Gil Dezer is an accomplished businessman and humanitarian. One of the largest oceanfront property owners in Sunny Isles Beach, Dezer and his father, Michael, own just over 27 acres of prime oceanfront property, arguably one of the largest holdings of beachfront property owned and developable in the state. Most of this property is earmarked for redevelopment as mid-and high-rise luxury condominiums, condo-hotels, resorts, and rental communities.
As one of the youngest developers of luxury high-rise residential and condo-hotel properties in the United States, Dezer and his partners, the internationally-renowned Donald J. Trump and Michael Dezer, are changing the fabric of the South Florida real estate market. Through their development of Trump Grande Ocean Resort and Residences and Trump Towers, as well as other new ventures, Dezer Properties continues to expand its portfolio.
Bringing a new dimension to South Florida’s ultra-luxury, high-end real estate market, Dezer Development entered into a master licensing agreement with Germany-based Porsche Design Group to deliver the luxury brand’s first foray into residential real estate, Porsche Design Tower Miami. Occupancy for Porsche Design Tower Miami is slated for 2016. He is also developing the Armani Tower and the Hyde Midtown in Miami.
We will discuss the “Super-Lux” condo market and well as the impact of branding on the absorption of condos in Miami.
