Okay, I know I say this about every show, but the March 26 episode of Fried On Business had so much good stuff to offer that I couldn’t pick just one segment to write about.
So here are the high points from each segment. If something piques your interest, click the link to listen to the full interview.
The Land Rover Discovery Sport
Larry Zinn, general manager of Warren Henry Land Rover, Range Rover Infiniti and Jaguar, came on to talk about the new Land Rover Discovery Sport, scheduled for release in April.
Larry says it’s an awesome vehicle. It’s the only car in its class that has three rows of seating. It also has all-wheel drive and good ground clearance.
And there’s no waiting list – so far.

International Family Office Networking
As you know, I’m very active in the family office space, and I had a terrific discussion with Jeremiah Schnee about his awesome iLEAD program, which is targeted toward:
– Next-generation legacy family members with a high appetite to innovate and develop a global business network with their peers.
– First-generation wealth creators who have a vision for the future and want to create a wealth legacy for their descendants.
Schnee is providing a resource to connect American, Western and Chinese family enterprises in the areas of operating businesses, co-investment, and philanthropic endeavors.
There are more than 3,000 single family offices in the U.S., and it takes about $100 million in net worth for a family office to become practical, Schnee said.
This is a must-listen segment. Click here for the full interview.
How to Manage your Pain
Lord knows I’ve had my own issues with pain and the management thereof. So it was illuminating to have physiatrist Dr. Andrew L. Sherman on the show to talk about UHealth’s Pain Management Center and offer some tips for finding pain relief.
A physiatrist is a physician of physical medicine and rehabilitation. They’re experts in injuries and illnesses that affect how you move, and they take a holistic approach.
Whenever possible, physiatrists seek non-invasive treatments, Sherman said, adding that the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital are teaming up to build a multimillion-dollar rehabilitation facility.

What Next For Interest Rates
Finally, I took some time to follow up on my quote in The Real Deal and talk about my expectations for the interest rate environment. Here’s a hint: Keep an eye on the international currency market – and click here to listen.
