Kidney Donation Awareness Day

AJ Gindi is the Community Advocate for Renewal. Renewal helps donors and recipients through the process of a kidney transplant. AJ is in Miami this week for the following kidney donation awareness events:

Friday, Dec 16

– Noon (Lunch and Learn) at the Roc Family Shul 35 SE 9th St., in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood.

– 6:30 p.m. at the Chabad in Midtown Miami – 3000 Biscayne Blvd.

Saturday, Dec. 17

– 11 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. at the Shul of Bal Harbor, 9540 Collins Ave.

AJ Gindi and kidney donor Bini Masin discuss the transplant process, take phone calls and do some myth-busting about living kidney donors.

We talk to the Hechtkopf team from Douglass Elliman. Dan Hechtkopf – team leader – is a Virginia native who has a true affinity for all that Miami offers. Son of a contractor and estate manager, Palomo quickly understood what it took to be a top-tier professional in the real estate business. Having worked in construction, Palomo began to understand the importance of detail and high-end finishes.
