Bruce Turkel is CEO and ECD at Turkel Brands in Miami, FL. Turkel uses a unique combination of creativity and business acumen to help companies build their businesses by making their brands more valuable.
Turkel is a serial entrepreneur who has created many successful companies. Currently, Turkel is focused on his brand management agency (www.turkel.info) and his new book – All About Them. Turkel is also an accomplished speaker, musician and artist.

South Florida Home Building Update
Steve LaTerra is managing director of Meyers Research in Phoenix. LaTerra has spent much of his career as a real estate analyst and investor. Prior to joining Meyers Research, he owned his own land investment and lot banking company, where he accumulated a portfolio of more than 1,000 lots throughout Arizona.
Previously, he served in Principal and Senior Executive positions with Land Advisors Capital, APEXCapital and Acacia Capital Corporation, where he collectively purchased or funded more than 20,000 residential lots throughout the United States.
LaTerra is the current Chair of ULI Arizona. He has been actively involved with several charitable organizations including the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona.
