Top CRE Firms Are Using Vizzda
Jim and Wanda talk with Kris Thompson, Co-Founder and CEO of Vizzda (Visual Data). Vizzda is an information provider to the commercial real estate industry, tracking sales, debt, and new projects. Vizzda is used by the top CRE firms in the industry because of its speed, accuracy, and superior contact information.
Kris Thompson started in the industry as a land broker in Phoenix, Arizona, working with private and publicly traded office, industrial, retail, and multifamily developers, as well as the national home builders. Kris, and co-founding partner, Hadden Schifman, saw a need for faster, more reliable data, and had each developed their own information platforms.
In 2011, in the midst of the Great Recession, Kris and Hadden merged their platforms to create Vizzda.
