GlobeSt.com reported Fried On Business host Jim Fried, managing director at Aztec Group, closed on the $11.5 million end-of-year sale of 2.54 acres in Miami that will become the site of Modera Riverhouse, a 292-unit multifamily development by Riverhouse Development, an affiliate of Mill Creek Residential.
