Jim is joined by Sam Grossman Managing Director of Real Estate Services at Inveniam and Simon Coffsky, a student studying Economics and Big Data at the University of Georgia.
We will look at the role that big data and artificial intelligence are playing today and tomorrow in real estate.
Samuel Grossman
Samuel Grossman joined Inveniam in July 2021 as Managing Director, Real Estate Services. Prior to joining Inveniam, Mr. Grossman founded Fairchild Acquisitions in 2018 and is the companies Managing Partner. He has over 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate industry, in development, value-add rehab, management, and brokerage. In 2014, Mr. Grossman founded The Fairchild Group, which focused on smaller value add multi-family building rehabs in downtown Chicago. From 2014-2018 TFG Purchased and rehabbed approximately $10 million of buildings resulting in an overall value of greater than $15 million.
Prior to that, Mr. Grossman was a district manager, at Related Management Company from 2008-2013. He oversaw a portfolio of over 2,000 units, managed and successfully completed over $80mm of rehabilitation projects. From 2003-2008 he was a partner in a Boston-based residential, management, and development company, where he successfully focused on sales, leasing and development, of various types of residential buildings
Simon Coffsky is currently a 3rd-year student at the University of Georgia, studying at the Terry College of Business with a major in Economics and an area of emphasis in Consulting. A hard-working, intuitive thinker Simon understands how to prospect future deals and the steps needed to turn these projects into reality. Simon has served as Vice President, Recruitment Chair, and Chair of New Member Integration for Alpha Epsilon PI here at UGA, and as BBYO Chapter President and VP, Greater Atlanta Region’s Executive Treasurer.
