Josh Procacci is Founder and Chief Investment Officer of IP Capital Partners (IPCP), Boca Raton, FL. Procacci is responsible for acquisitions, transaction structuring, reviewing financial information and conducting due diligence activities on behalf of the company.

Prepping for Hurricane Season

Dave McCaffrey is Vice President of Biscayne Roofing, Davie, FL. McCaffrey began working the in the roofing industry as an apprentice for Local-30B in 1980 where he worked his way through the ranks of apprentice, journeyman, and all the way up to a foreman running all projects. McCaffrey also has extensive experience with preventive roof maintenance and re-roof projects.

June marks the start of hurricane season. Jim and Dave discuss prepping for hurricane season and what you should do before, during and after a hurricane hits.

He has consulted with local, state and federal governments and helped write many of the cannabis laws across the USA. Manny has written applications and won licenses across the USA. He is also a Research Associate of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians and the Colorado Cannabis Clinicians. When medical cannabis became legal, his extensive plant experience coupled with his educational background in Biochemistry, made Mr. Johnson a sought-after Subject Matter Expert for Cannabis in the U.S., Europe, and South America. Mr. Johnson and two of his partners had significant input into Florida’s original “Compassionate Marijuana Act of 2014.” Mr. Johnson has served as a Subject Matter Expert on essentially all updates to this legislation over the past eight-plus years.
