As I’ve searched over the years for what I want to do with my life, inevitably I’ve always circled back to real estate.
That may sound odd to some, but there’s a thread that runs through my real estate career, the Fried On Business radio show, my mentoring efforts, and many other activities.
That thread is a desire to help people. All of those things I just mentioned are a vehicle through which I can use my personal and professional experience to help others achieve their goals.
It’s also the reason I’ve expanded my practice into the residential mortgage lending business. This is in addition to my traditional focus on capitalizing commercial commercial properties with debt and equity. You see, through a series of events I recently learned that there’s a host of high net-worth people out there who need the same level of professionalism when securing a residential mortgage that they get in their commercial real estate activities.
What they need, in essence, is a real estate concierge for their mortgage.
Well, that’s me. I provide the level of service these borrowers need, and I’ve been getting some incredible opportunities.
This business is a craft. It’s an art form, and that’s why I like it. I deal with the situations that don’t fit neatly into predefined categories or standards.
And when I’m able to deliver a solution, that makes it all the more rewarding.
One sweet spot for my business is non-resident foreign aliens who move to South Florida for the opportunities and financial safety. It’s a great clientèle because they often want to do some commercial real estate deals. I can help them with that, too.
I’m being taught the business by Bob Gutlohn and Milvia Castellano at Spectrum Mortgage. They have 25 years of experience, they know all of the banks and private lenders, and they know their way around the residential loan conduits.
I could not ask for better mentors in this business than the folks at Spectrum Mortgage.
Let me wrap up by saying this: The markets are moving. Things are changing in the economy, perhaps even softening in real estate. If you need a mortgage, especially if you have irregular income from a business, the time to act is now.
Don’t wait. Your best terms are probably the terms you’ll get today. So give me a call at 305-773-6300.
