The firm’s 30-plus year history in South Florida has seen the delivery of some of the region’s most successful residential and commercial projects, including the Sabadell Financial Center, the International Finance Bank headquarters, and the mixed-use complex comprised of the Class A 1450 Brickell office tower and adjacent One Broadway luxury apartment tower, which was recognized as the 2012 Project of the Year by the Urban Land Institute’s South Florida chapter.
In its most recent development venture, Rilea Group is partnering with private equity investment firm MDR Toledo, LLC, a subsidiary of Spain-based MDR Americana, to build The Bond on Brickell, the first new luxury condominium to rise on Miami’s prestigious Brickell Avenue since the recession.
Located at 1080 Brickell Avenue in the heart of Downtown’s Brickell Financial District, The Bond includes 328 luxury residences that are attracting buyers from throughout the Americas and around the world. Construction of the 44-story tower is now under way and set for completion in early 2016.
