These comprehensive expos now host more than 30 different producing regions worldwide with nearly 15,000 combined attendees. The shows take place annually in Miami and Toronto.

Joining the conversation is Dave Reynolds, VP of Business Development for Spearhead Capital in West Palm Beach, FL. Spearhead is a boutique financial services firm that focuses on building custom solutions for ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices. Dave is a Certified Financial Planner. He is also a Research Associate of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians and the Colorado Cannabis Clinicians. When medical cannabis became legal, his extensive plant experience coupled with his educational background in Biochemistry, made Mr. Johnson a sought-after Subject Matter Expert for Cannabis in the U.S., Europe, and South America. Mr. Johnson and two of his partners had significant input into Florida’s original “Compassionate Marijuana Act of 2014.” Mr. Johnson has served as a Subject Matter Expert on essentially all updates to this legislation over the past eight-plus years.
