Since the last time he was on the show back in March, Sanjay Kuttemperoor and his team at WikiRealty® have produced and launched a first-rate app for the Fried On Business show.
In addition to all of our other digital venues – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, email and website – the Fried On Business app provides a unique approach to delivering our content and connecting us with our audience.
It’s available on both the Apple and Android platforms.
“Gone are the days of refrigerator magnets and calendars. That’s what real estate professionals traditionally do to stay in front of their customers. We’re in a technology age, and our app is a solution that addresses the times that we’re in,” Kuttemperoor said.
“People are looking at their phones two to three hours a day, and we think it’s a great branding tool for all real estate professionals to have their own app icon on their customers’ phones.”
Why is this app different? Well, it’s all about the content. As I post content on WikiRealty®, it gets indexed by Google. When people find the content on Google, they’re taken to WikiRealty® and, as a result, back to me.
In essence, I’m building my customer database through the power of Google search results.
Pretty cool.
Kuttemperoor said WikiRealty® is really the confluence of three concepts: Content, social, and mobile.
It provides a platform whereby real estate pros of all types can both create and compare notes about neighborhoods of interest.
The app, he said, brings it all together in a convenient package that you always have available.
Get the app for free from iTunes or Google Play.
