Commercial Real Estate Forecast And Higher Education Update

Jim will be broadcasting live from the University of Florida and the Kelley A. Bergstrom Center For Real Estate Studies. He will be joined by Tim Becker, the center’s director; board member Jeff Conn, principal of Hallmark Partners, Inc., in Jacksonville; and Dave Ling, researcher, professor and director of the Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate program at the center.

We will discuss the center’s current study of the Emerging Trends in Florida Real Estate and get an update on the status of higher education for real estate studies. We will also get insights from Kelley Bergstrom, president of Bergstrom Investment Management, and other leaders on the center’s board.

Miami Children’s Hospital 5K

Jim and Terek Maddox will also discuss the upcoming Miami Children’s Hospital 5K on Jim’s sports show at 4:30 p.m. on 880 AM.
