Larry Zinn is going to need a new shelf over at Warren Henry Infiniti, Jaguar, and Fisker. The dealership just earned a few more awards for excellence – this time from the folks at Automotive News.
Out of some 18,000 eligible dealerships nationwide, Warren Henry took top honors as one of the best dealerships to work for. Specifically, Land Rover North Dade ranked No. 5, Warren Henry Jaguar took No. 6, Land Rover South Dade scored No. 10, and Warren Henry Infiniti ranked No. 30.
The business also won the Women’s Choice Award, based on honesty and integrity when dealing with women buyers.
“We’re very fortunate to have the crew that we have. This has been a team effort all around,” Zinn told me on a recent broadcast.
“If everybody’s happy working here, that certainly passes on to our customers as well. That’s something we feel very strongly about.”
Now, I myself have leased or purchased at least seven vehicles at Warren Henry in the last 20 years, and I can attest that there’s something different about the work environment. The employees seem more like friends than co-workers.
That’s by design, Zinn said, as the company sponsors may off-campus social events to promote fellowship and team-building. He said some employees have worked there as long as 36 years.
Warren Henry is also active in the community, and most recently sponsored a raffle for a one-year lease of a 2015 Range Rover Evoque at the Hess Select South Beach Seafood Festival.
