Jim Fried of Fried On Business talks to Adam J. Tiktin, Founder of Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services in Miami. Tiktin has been a real estate investment sales specialist for more than 18 years, getting his Florida real estate license in early 1998. He specializes in the sale of shopping centers, single-tenant net leased properties and office buildings. In 2016, Tiktin was honored to be appointed as the Chairman of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) South Florida Idea Exchange. He is also a member of NAOIP (the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties). Jim and Adam discuss where the opportunities are in the South Florida investment real estate market.
